Simple Document Control Steps
1. Create New Document
Enter the Title, Number, and document type.
2. Enter DCO (Document Change Control) Information
Describe the nature of the changes, “New Document” is fine as a default value.
Add at least one reviewer.
Indicate if training is required at the bottom.
3. Load the Draft
Browse and locate the document you want to load from your computer.
4. Submit for Review (Optional)
This optional stage will put this document on the dashboard of the reviewers set up in step 2
5. Submit for Approval
If you are the only reviewer, approving the document will enable the Release button.
If more changes are needed, click the Return button to upload a revised document.
