The comparison, fully sourced.

We don’t expect you to take a vendor’s comparison chart on faith — including ours. Every mark on the Why TLM chart was checked, one capability at a time, against each competitor’s own documentation. Here is the evidence — verdicts, reasoning, and primary sources. Audit us.

How this was built

Five independent reviews, one capability at a time.

Each competitor was audited separately against the same 34-capability checklist. For every capability we asked a narrow question — does a dedicated, documented feature exist? — and graded it  included,  limited / add-on / build-your-own, or  no documented capability.

Evidence favors each vendor’s own product pages and help centers, backed by third-party listings (G2, Capterra). Where a vendor markets a capability we could not fully verify, we graded conservatively and said so. Sources open in a new tab and are nofollow — we cite them, we don’t endorse them.

Hover any note for context. QT9’s CRM / orders / accounting / QuickBooks run in its separate ERP/MRP product, not its QMS — marked accordingly.

A note on fairness. Software changes. These findings reflect each vendor’s published documentation as reviewed in August 2026. If you believe a mark is wrong, tell us and we’ll re-check and correct it — publicly. We would rather be accurate than flattering.
