System Settings and custom fields are two examples of built-in tools that allow us to support continuous improvement for one customer, without undermining how another customer is using the software.

You also have the option of having direct input, and prioritization of web app projects that provide just enough added capability to prevent a group of users from having to use the advanced TLM Main App.  These modest one-time cost are easily recovered from the savings of not needing additional upstream user licenses.
