What features does TLM provide?

Can TLM be customized for specific industries?
Yes. Between custom fields, system settings, industry modes, and development projects, TLM adapts to how your company actually works. The standards make quality-system needs broadly similar, but every QMS has some unique needs based on your business — and we support that.

What industries does TLM serve?
Any industry that must comply with an ISO-based quality standard. We have the deepest experience with smaller manufacturers and medical-device companies.
Deployment, security & requirements
Is TLM cloud-based or on-premise?
Both. TLM can run on your own network on-premise, or hosted on your own dedicated server. Either way it’s single-tenant — your data and your environment are yours, not comingled in a shared cloud.
How secure is my data on TLM?
TLM has never had a data breach, and is built to NIST SP 800-171 practices — the technical basis for CMMC Level 2. Each company runs its own MySQL database, so you control the security configuration your cybersecurity requirements call for. More on CMMC →
Can TLM integrate with other tools?
Yes — we have integration experience with ERP systems, QuickBooks, and Zoho, and can set up ODBC or API-based integrations to your other systems as needed. See integrations →
What are the system requirements?
If a computer can run MS Office, it can run TLM.
Trials, pricing & getting started
Is there a free trial available?
Two kinds: a community trial with sample data to browse, and a dedicated trial where we help load your data and start the implementation, so there are no surprises.
How is pricing structured?
Main App licensing is per user; the TLM Web App is a flat annual cost that includes unlimited users. See the pricing page →
What modules are included with that pricing?
All of them. Plus, at no extra cost, all of our template procedures and ISO 13485 validation documentation.
How long does implementation take?
It varies, but for a smaller manufacturer with our implementation services, about 8 weeks to be ready for your first ISO registration audit — assuming you already have some operating procedures written and your people review and approve documents promptly when they appear on their dashboard.
