Simple Document Control Steps
- Create New Document
Enter the Title, Number, and document type. - Enter DCO (Document Change Control) Information
Describe the nature of the changes, “New Document” is fine as a default value.
Add at least one reviewer.
Indicate if training is required at the bottom. - Load the Draft
Browse and locate the document you want to load from your computer. - Submit for Review (Optional)
This optional stage will put this document on the dashboard of the reviewers set up in step 2 - Submit for Approval
If you are the only reviewer, approving the document will enable the Release button.
If more changes are needed, click the Return button to upload a revised document. - Release
Click the Release button to release the document.
