What features does TLM Software provide?

TLM can be deployed both on the cloud, or on your network.

Yes. TLM is highly customizable with custom fields, system settings, Industry modes and development projects. Although the quality system needs across industries are fairly common due to the standards they must all meet, we believe in giving TLM customers as much customization support as they need, since every quality management system will have some unique needs based on their business.

Absolutely. Compliance with ISO standards is so much easier with TLM as you not only get the software designed for this purpose, but you also have access to template procedures you can edit and release to accelerate your readiness for the next ISO audit.
TLM offers two trial types. A community trial with existing data to browse, and dedicated trials where we will help you load your data and otherwise get the implementation started to make sure there are no surprises.
We have integration experience with ERP systems, QuickBooks, ZOHO, and can otherwise set up local ODBC, or API based integrations to your other data systems as needed.
TLM can serve any industry that must comply with an ISO based quality system standard. Although we have the most experience with smaller manufacturers and qms for medical device companies.

TLM has never had a data breach and complies with Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2.

Each company has their own MYSQL database backend so that they have control over the security configuration needed to meet their cybersecurity requirements.

Any computer that can run MS Office will be able to run TLM.

That depends on many factors, but in general for a smaller manufacturer, if we are providing implementation services, it takes us about 8 weeks to get everything in place to be ready for your first ISO registration audit. This assumes you already have some operational procedures already written, and people will promptly review and approve documents when they appear on their dashboard.
