User Type Setting

Upstream -Turns off the Downstream features Described below.

Downstream – Allows the user to go straight through the document control process, to include:

  • new document,
  • load document,
  • draft document,
  • document review,
  • approval and
  • release

without leaving the workflow and navigating to the next step using the TLM dashboard.

Dashboard Days – The number of days TLM looks forward to qualify date driven tasks as belonging on your dashboard.

Release Document Display – The default display choice for when the current user views the released document list.

Document Display Tab Behavior – When navigating from one controlled document to another using an Internal link, this setting will control whether the next document opens in the same tab or a new one on your browser.

Job Desc On Dashboard(NR Only) – This setting will hide Not Released (NR) Job Description documents that do not have a first draft DCO from the NR – Not Released dashboard category.

Document Link Clipboard – Allows the icon on the Released Document list to change behavior and switch between copying the secure EXTERNAL link or the document to document INTERNAL link to the user’s clipboard.

  • EXTERNAL LINK – can be pasted in a browser, sent via email, and opens the linked document outside of the Web App login.
  • INTERNAL LINK – Use this link to set up the url link within a Word Document that will open the linked document when a web app user is logged into the web app and reading released procedures. This link cannot be pasted into a browser, and has to be used when viewing a document and wanting to open a related document from within the web app.

INTEGRATION SETTINGS*

(Displayed for Management Rep Only)

TLMMySQL – credentials to the TLM MySQL database.

Outside Providers – Select the type of integration, the available integration partners in that category, then enter the credentials for that provider in order to integrate their data into the appropriate TLM modules.
